The Story Behind DG has 3G

When I had a Blackberry, a friend of mine would constantly ask “DG, do you have 3G?” to make light of the terrible cell phone service I had compared to his. Though it was frustrating at first, I took a liking to how catchy the phrase was.

Now, with an upgraded phone and a more reliable cell phone provider, I definitely have 3G (in fact, I have 4G). It’s how I stay up to date on current events, get my fix on the entertainment business and stay connected to my friends, family and random acquaintances I’ve met along the way. If you have an interest in entertainment (sans celebrity gossip), public relations or the life and times of a millennial finding his way, get the latest from me on my blog “DG has 3G.”

  1. Great inspirational and well written story about taking risks. I’m leaving my job next week and could relate to almost every word. Thanks for sharing your story. It just might be the spark that encourages many others to seek happiness. Say hello to Richard Sherman. Let him know he’s NOT a thug.

    • Thank you for the kind words! Leaving your job is always scary, but there’s always a new world waiting for you on the other side. Good luck to you, my friend! And I’ll pass the memo to Richard Sherman.
